How to access CSUC HPC resources

Access to CSUC supercomputing resources for academic users are available for research groups from Catalan universities and the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), as well as other research groups at Spanish level.

Do you want to use our supercomputers?

Request it through the HPC Portal support tool. It is very simple!

1. Log in to hpc.csuc.cat with your username and password or register if you don't already have one.
2. Enter the Administrative Requests section and select the Academic project application.
3. Download the application form, fill in the corresponding fields and attach it to the request.

If necessary, the CSUC will process the corresponding authorization from your institution.

The Direcció General de Recerca (DGR) finances the price of computing time to academic users in Catalonia. In Spain, the funding body is the Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad.

When using the CSUC computing resources, the user agrees to:

• Do not use the resources of the Consortium for commercial activities, except when carrying out industrial projects.
• Thank us for using our resources in all publications that are generated using the sentence "This project has been carried out using the resources of CSUC".
• Provide information on the research project being carried out (description, objectives and computational model used).
