Process Automation (RPA)

Process robotization enables the automation of manual tasks in an efficient and effective way, reducing the workload of staff. Moreover, it allows the human team to focus on tasks with higher added value. Fewer repetitive tasks, more time to innovate. 

Where to apply robotic process automation?

A common platform for all universities

The process robotization platform provides an architecture that allows each university to independently manage its own robotized processes. 

In addition, the platform is centrally monitored, with automatic notifications for any issues during process execution, ensuring reliable and efficient operation for all participating institutions.   

This project is part of the Next Generation Recovery Plan, as part of the Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic under the ERDF Operational Program for Catalonia 2014-2020 with a grant of € 12.73 million.
