Internet connectivity wherever you are
Eduroam (contraction of Education Roaming) is the world's safe, simple and easy mobility service for the academic and research community. With Eduroam, students, researchers and staff of the institutions that are part of the initiative have access to the Internet from any device both at their home institution and when traveling to other participating institutions.
Eduroam is available in tens of thousands of locations in more than 100 countries around the world. As this wireless network grows, so does the number of places we can connect to: libraries, museums, public spaces, train stations, airports, and more.
Different academic networks, including RedIRIS, participate in Europe, and are also part of Eduroam institutions around the world.
