Join the GEPA!

If you are a library or documentation center and want to deposit low-use documents in the GEPA cooperative warehouse, follow these steps:

  • Contact the Culture Department, the competent Department at universities or CSUC.
  • Once the requests are formalized, these will be sent to GEPA's Management Commission, which will decide the approval and will inform the institution about the agreement.
  • CSUC will inform the institution about the technical requirements, the processes being used in the documentation charge and all the necessary criteria.
  • Intitutions accepted by the Management Commission will assume an annual economic agreement for the participation at GEPA's equipment.
