The purchase of Atlassian licenses is done through a framework agreement consisting of two lots. Lot 1, referring to services associated with the Atlassian suite: analysis and consulting of the state of the tools and their requirements, implementation of tools and development, maintenance, support and training. And lot 2, Atlassian product licenses.
