Type of agreement
The hiring of the join procurement for natural gas is done through a dynamic acquisition system. Once awarded, the buying group opens the bidding to all dealers selected in the dynamic system through specific annual contracts that allow the choicing of the auction date, giving more flexibility to adapt to market opportunities. The purchase model supports both fixed-price and indexed bids to MIBGAS, TTF or Brent and exchange rates.
The group pursues the maximum economic benefit, but it also emphasizes the management of the performance contract to facilitate its daily follow-up to those in charge of energy issues at the institution.
