The acquisition of a cloud platform event management is done through a framework agreement that approves the supplier company at set maximum prices. From that moment on, entities of the purchasing group willing to use this service, should hire it in Software as a Service (SaaS) modality, as well as its maintenance and technical support through contracts based on the framework agreement in question.
